 Good morning, I wanted to thank you once again for hosting us at the Training center last week. It was very encouraging to see such a professionally run environment with so much passion and enthusiasm. There is no doubt that you are blessed with such a marvelous Culinary leader in Cori, her leadership and dedication is so evident, particularly in seeing such a crisp and structured kitchen set up. We really enjoyed our tour and of course the delightful lunch that you could see the students had so much fun preparing.

There is no doubt that as chef I would be very happy to be able to welcome members of your graduating class into our culinary brigade and as discussed if there is anyone you feel would be the right fit and is serious about a career at Casino Rama then we would be only too happy to look at their candidacy.

Many thanks once again and good luck with the future of the Training center it certainly has huge promise,
