Chef Cori is an executive chef, culinary educator and media personality with more than 25 years of experience bringing people together through food.
Based at The Union in Newmarket, Cori creates hands-on cooking classes, workshops, Kitchen Parties and culinary experiences designed to build confidence, teach real kitchen skills and make cooking fun.
AT THE UNION
Chef Cori’s home base is a working teaching kitchen and gathering place at 425 Davis Drive in Newmarket. Come for a scheduled event or make the space your own for a private celebration, group experience or something created just for you.
